Tada-sk! is a task app that pays you in places.

  1. Set your tasksBrush teeth, practise guitar, water the plants. You make them, you pick the time of day and how often.
  2. Tick them offEvery task finished is worth 20 coins, and a day with everything done is a perfect day.
  3. Bonus: go exploringSpend the coins on a ride to a real place and bring home a postcard, an animal or a recipe.

Made for keeping on top of it

A routine is hard to keep up alone. Tada-sk! gives it some structure, some company and some slack.

  • Your tasks, your way. Tasks sit in the morning, afternoon or evening, and repeat as often as you choose.
  • A clear count. Home shows what is done and what is left today, and Stats shows how you are really going.
  • Pause a task. Away for a few months? Pause it and your history waits for you, with the rest days left out of your numbers.
  • Not today. Take a task off the day when life gets in the way.
  • Encourage your friends. Send a line that fits the time of day, or write your own. It lands on their screen with your photo.

Questions

Is it a game or a task app?

A task app first. You make your own daily tasks and tick them off. The travel is the bonus your coins pay for, and you can ignore it and just use the tasks.

Do I need an account?

No. Open it, type your name and pick a home city. Your save is kept on the device you use.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The app runs offline. The only thing that needs a connection is the photograph on a find, and without one you see its drawing instead.

Is it in the App Store?

Not yet. For now it runs in your phone's browser and can sit on your home screen like any other app. The start page shows how.

Can I use it with my kids?

Tasks, coins and a map are easy to share round a family, and friends can send each other encouragement. Everyone keeps their own save on their own device.

Where do the photographs come from?

Wikimedia Commons, all free to use and credited. Opening a postcard shows the photographer and the licence.

Will I lose my progress?

Your progress lives on your device, so clearing your browser data or switching phones would clear it too. Adding the app to your home screen helps your phone hold on to it.
